Growth Slows as Consulting Market Adapts to Uncertain Economic Times

The MCA Industry Report, published on 29 May 2008 has found that consulting industry growth is lower than in the previous two years with traditional management consulting increasing by 10 per cent in 2007 to just under £6billion. While this lower level of industry growth reflects broad economic uncertainty, financial services (the largest sector for consulting at £1.4billion in 2007), remained comparatively strong – up 20 per cent
