Matt Watt, EY

Role/position: Vice President

Matt Watt is a Partner in EY's government consultancy business, leading EY's work on UK homeland security, borders, immigration and justice. His role is to make the UK a safer and more prosperous place to live and work, helping to build a better working world.
 
Matt leads the People & Organisational Change practice area in the UK government and public sector business and leads EY's global government Strategy Network. He is also proud to lead EY's government sector talent programme, developing the partners of the future.
 
He is EY's Council member for the Management Consultancies Association and was recently elected as Vice-President of the MCA. Matt has been at EY for 8 years: prior to that he was at A.T.Kearney, an MBA student at Manchester Business School, and an internal consultant at Yorkshire Water.
 
Matt lives in Bristol, is married to Nicola and has two sons aged 8 and 10. When not at work or being a dad, Matt flies kites, fly fishes around the British isles, enjoys opera, theatre and collecting (and consuming) French wine.
