This is the second year of the awards, which celebrate the achievements of consultants at all levels, and provide an insight into what it takes to be an outstanding management consultant.

1.     HR Consultant of the Year

Judging Process

 

Each entry will be judged by the following criteria, and thereafter three entries will be shortlisted for each award:

 

·         Client focus

·         Leadership

·         Teamwork

·         Communication

·         Project management

·         Critical thinking

·         Specialist knowledge

 

Shortlisted candidates will then be asked to attend an interview on one of three dates in October. Judges will include:

 

·          Dr Duncan Angwin – Associate Professor, Warwick Business School

·          Christine Dyke – Director, Partners in Development

·          Alyson Gerner – Commercial Deputy Director, Department for Children, Schools and Families

·          Peter Graham – FME Fellow, Bath School of Management

·          Mick James – Freelance Journalist

·          Carol Lewis – Editor, Career, the Times

·          Richard Pharro – CEO, APM Group

·          Karen Robinson – Supplements Editor, The Sunday Times

·          Ken Whitton – Freelance Strategy Consultant

·          Paul Vincent - Procurement Director, BT Group plc
