Digital Public is an award-winning consultancy specialising in helping public sector organisations design and launch new services.
Since being founded in 2002, Digital Public has placed innovation, creativity, and digital thinking at the heart of our approach in order to help clients overcome challenging issues and find new ways to engage with citizens, workforces and stakeholders.
Digital Public is part of The Engine Group, one of the UK's fastest growing integrated communications groups.
To keep up to date with the latest developments, discussions and debates on digital thinking, visit our blog, or click here to follow us on Twitter.
Our projects usually focus on business strategy formulation and implementation, often for policy delivery initiatives where we have been instrumental in developing that policy. They include the design and launch of Teachers TV for the DCSF, an ongoing redesign of the way that NHS Direct serves its customers, and design and delivery of a service to significantly improve witnesses' attendance at court cases.
We don’t believe in delivering off-the-shelf solutions, but work in partnership with our clients to develop innovative bespoke solutions that meet their needs, and their budgets.
All our team have extensive experience of delivering services to customers, often at senior level, in both the public and private sectors. Recruited from a wide range of disciplines for their creativity, expertise, knowledge as well as the ability to work pragmatically to deliver change for our clients, they are practitioners as well as consultants and therefore are able to offer clients a truly innovative approach.
