Young consultants get insights from leaders of the industry

Young MCA hosted “Tips from the Top”

The event on 28 September was an opportunity for young talent in the industry to hear from a panel of leading management consultants and ask them for their insights for a successful career.

The latest Young MCA survey showed that young consultants value any opportunity to hear from senior colleagues on issues concerning them, such as:

• Challenges in working their up 
• Key strategies that can accelerated their career paths  
• Key skills for success
• Personal experiences of consulting in previous recessions.

Members of the Young MCA network had the opportunity to post their question prior to the event through the Young MCA’s LinkedIn Group.
