My approach to team leadership is driven by the values I have instilled in my company, Inner Circle Consulting; excellence, collaboration, progression and tenacity. My name is Jamie Ounan and I co-founded Inner Circle Consulting (ICC) six years ago. Our mission is to prepare organisations for change and to help them deliver. A foundation in city planning frames my big picture thinking. Integrity, collaboration and an intolerance of inertia underpins my approach to team leadership.
In the last two years, I have led a large multidisciplinary project team to begin the transformation of London Borough of Waltham Forest town hall campus. I have helped set up London’s largest public sector own housing delivery company that’s building a world class reputation.
I’ve also continued to transform the Inner Circle team from a fledgling business into an award-winning firm, employing 30 people and tackling some of the most complex public sector development and implementation programmes.
It’s been a rewarding few years.
