Charith’s journey to AI & Data consulting began as a teacher. After university, he joined Teach First, an education charity, and taught at an inner-city school. At just 24, Charith became a Head of Sixth Form at his school. Before starting this role, only 4% of students were admitted to Russell Group universities. Within 2 years, Charith helped drive this up to 36%. This experience solidified his strong belief in the transformational power of learning.
Looking for a new challenge, Charith embarked on a career in AI & Data consulting. Amazed by the potential of Generative AI and AI, Charith undertook intensive self-learning and experimentation to support his career change.
As an AI & Data consultant, Charith has been at the forefront of helping clients to responsibly scale Generative AI and AI in their organisations.
He has shown an unparalleled aptitude for driving measurable change in challenging contexts; be it helping clients understand and operationalise responsible AI, enabling the strategic prioritisation of AI use cases, or exploring novel approaches to Generative AI & data solution design and delivery.
Since leaving teaching, Charith continues to have an impact in education, by leveraging his consulting skills outside the classroom. From the delivery of technical AI and data training for his clients, to leading custom strategic learning and development programs for practitioners in the firm.
