Transitioning to a Big Four Global consultancy helped refine my consulting skills and commercial acumen, while a subsequent internal NHS consultancy role allowed me to drive change from within. This trajectory has helped me build real trust with clients, my NHS roots demonstrating genuine commitment rather than detached analysis. Achieving Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) status has consolidated and elevated this foundation, helping me embed ethical standards, reflective practice and external validation into my work.
