Chartered Management Consultant of the year
Across the Nordics and Eastern Europe, Alex has helped customers reshape their security operations, redesign parts of their organisation, unlock external support and achieve measurable and sustainable improvements. Much of the impact is intentionally unseen. Attacks are frequent, but breaches are rare, due to the work Alex delivers which ensures defences are strong and processes are clear. This is the lasting impact and value of Alex’s work as a Chartered Consultant.
Alex has led major security engagements across Europe and other partner nations, often in environments facing real pressure and sustained cyber threats. His work has focused on helping organisations understand how effective their defences are, where they need support and what practical steps will strengthen their resilience. He spends time on the ground with customers in extremely challenging circumstances – working face to face with their teams, listening to their concerns and giving clear guidance that senior leaders can trust and act on. Working in these conditions has been both humbling and energising for him, and it is clear to everyone involved that his work makes a real difference.
Alongside these engagements, Alex leads a team of 170 security consultants at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence and helps run the ENabled community, supporting colleagues affected by disability and neurodiversity. He cares deeply about developing others, building their confidence and helping them succeed. He often speaks about the idea of the ripples we create and how supporting people strengthens teams while enabling the organisation to deliver better outcomes for its customers.
