Arun brings a human-centred approach to complex change with one clear bias: build what lasts, solve what’s urgent, and leave clients stronger than when he arrived.
Since joining Enfuse Group, he has quickly established himself as a trusted adviser to multiple international organisations.
His standout impact came at Europe’s newest university, just months after it opened its doors. It needed more than policies on paper, it needed a way to run, consistently, at speed. Arun was tasked with putting the operational foundations in place fast enough to match ambitious growth without sacrificing quality.
He designed the university’s first business process management framework in four weeks. He then redesigned critical services end-to-end, defining routes to resolution for 93% of operational pain points. His flagship improvement was building an AI-enabled legal intake tool that embedded policy in request routing, cutting avoidable back-and-forth and reclaiming 368 hours across 1,200 cases in its opening months.
To make the change stick, he coached the Quality Assurance team to maintain and extend the framework independently, embedding capability for the long run.
His delivery created trust that secured a £1.7m engagement through to 2030, the largest contract his firm has won.
Arun believes the mark of a Rising Star is not only client impact, but raising the bar within his own organisation. That’s why he co-founded the Commercial Operations team, now the internal engine room for growth. He chairs a weekly company-wide pipeline call reviewing opportunities, holding leaders to account and supporting consistent ways of working.
