Caroline McMenamin, PwC

Technology Consultant of the Year

MCA Awards 2026 Finalist

Caroline has established herself as one of PwC’s most dynamic and influential technology leaders, combining deep technical capability with a thoughtful, peoplecentred approach to delivery. Over the past year, she has taken on leadership of the firm’s Microsoft Power Platform practice, guiding complex programmes with confidence and earning the trust of clients who rely on her judgement and ability to turn ambitious ideas into practical, highquality solutions.

Caroline’s work demonstrates a balance of innovation and impact. She has designed and delivered AI-enabled, automation-driven applications that address societal challenges – from transforming government grant processing to helping the British Heart Foundation recover over £500k in lost Gift Aid revenue each year. Her national rollout of a bespoke application across almost 700 charity shops in just three months set a new benchmark for pace and precision, and the project has received multiple industry awards alongside PwC’s firmwide Technology Award.

Caroline is equally committed to developing others. She has grown PwC’s Egyptian Technology & Innovation Centre from one to ten consultants, creating a collaborative, highperforming team culture grounded in continuous learning. Colleagues consistently highlight her ability to provide constructive challenge, and create an environment in which everyone feels supported to grow and excel.

Whether presenting at Microsoft’s AI Tour, shaping longterm client strategies or translating complex technical concepts into accessible language, Caroline brings clarity and ambition to every engagement. Her leadership is shaping the future of PwC’s technology capability, and her impact is felt across teams, clients and the communities her work supports.
