Apprentice of the Year

Eleni is an exceptional apprentice who consistently exceeds expectations. Her growth mindset and ability to pair analytical rigour with emotional intelligence have accelerated her learning and delivered measurable impact for Defence clients and our firm.
Eleni has long been motivated by the importance of Defence to society. Joining Consulting at 18, she quickly translated that purpose into action—building trusted relationships, absorbing complex concepts and turning insight into tangible outcomes. Stepping into client delivery early, she has combined analytical thinking, strategic intent and clear storytelling to strengthen capability and support those operating in complex environments.
Two standout engagements shaped Eleni’s journey last year. With the Royal Navy, she supported the design of a strategic end-to-end capability development framework whilst thriving amid ambiguity. Her senior-ready visual narrative was shared at the UK’s leading defence trade show and helped align the Portsmouth Naval Base Commodore’s address with Navy strategy—contributing to a more coherent operating model. Eleni also played a pivotal role in Succession—our bespoke half-day experience for senior military and civil service leaders—producing tailored briefs that elevated each session and shaped rollout to Global 200 priority accounts—an initiative that has supported multi-million-pound wins across Defence accounts.
This year, Eleni will continue to scale Succession, deepen data-driven delivery and champion inclusive change through Women in PwC in Defence. With her blend of Defence acumen, communication skills and practical innovation, she has immense potential for future leadership and is committed to creating environments that strengthen capability, inclusion and impact.
