Eleri Jarrold is a standout Project and Programme Management Degree Apprentice at Arup with impact far beyond expectations at this stage of her career. Combining strong technical project management capability with confident leadership and exceptional communication skills, Eleri plays a pivotal role on complex, multidisciplinary programmes and projects while continuing to progress her apprenticeship.

Trusted by clients and colleagues alike, Eleri consistently takes ownership of critical workstreams, coordinating diverse teams and operating effectively in fast‑moving and uncertain environments. Her client focused approach has delivered tangible improvements in governance, programme clarity and delivery confidence across both public and private sector projects. She has demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, programme coordination and influencing senior leaders, earning recognition from clients and project leads for her professionalism, initiative and independence.

Eleri is a passionate advocate for the project management profession and alternative career pathways. She actively promotes apprenticeships, supports women in the industry and contributes extensively to social value initiatives through education outreach, mentoring and industry engagement. Her involvement with the Association for Project Management’s Women in Project Management group includes speaking at national conferences, volunteering in schools and universities, and representing Arup at careers fairs.

Eleri’s commitment to developing others through mentoring of fellow apprentices, she has proactively created opportunities for them to gain essential experience and build confidence in technical and commercial skills. Eleri’s ability to inspire, influence and lead with purpose exemplifies the values of modern consulting and highlights the vital role apprentices play in shaping the future of the profession.
