Georgina Fraser, CBRE

Thought Leader Consultant of the Year

MCA Awards 2026 Finalist

Georgina’s personal contribution to Thought Leadership in People & Organisation consulting within Corporate Real Estate (CRE) has been outstanding, and that thinking has been consistently translated into impact — both within CBRE and with clients.

Since joining CBRE in 2022, Georgie’s influence has been exceptional. By 2024, she was invited to Co Chair the UK Strategy Group in recognition of the impact she was having on the firm’s wider business strategy. In 2025, she was one of three global CBRE nominees for CoreNet’s Global Board, a highly respected international CRE body — an extraordinary endorsement given her tenure of less than three years.

Georgie’s thought leadership has shaped the Human Capital practice and strengthened CBRE’s internal consulting capability by defining propositions, launching new services, and developing emerging thought leaders. Externally, her thought leadership has opened new conversations, expanded scope, and converted insight into revenue generating engagements.

She has influenced established CBRE service lines, including integrating Human Experience Design into Facilities Management and embedding Operating Model analysis into outsourcing contracts, improving both client outcomes and commercial value.

Her generational research, featured in The Times (May 2024), alongside published insights, conference speaking and peer to peer client engagement, shows her wider influence. Crucially, her thought leadership is deliberately practical — designed to shape demand, open markets, and create opportunity.

Georgie exemplifies thought leadership that drives relevance, growth, and lasting influence.
