Team Leader Consultant of the Year
Grace is a team leader who brings structure, assurance and momentum to some of PwC’s most complex transformation challenges. Over the past year, she has played a pivotal role in two major programmes for the MOD, each shaping the future of Defence’s workforce and capability development in meaningful and lasting ways.
Her leadership on the Test & Evaluation Transformation Programme saw her guide a highly technical, multistakeholder effort to define a long-term roadmap for how the UK tests and assures its most crucial defence assets. Grace rapidly absorbed a complex domain and created the conditions for constructive challenge and shared ownership. Her ability to distil competing priorities into a coherent strategic direction helped accelerate decision making and strengthen collaboration.
Grace advised MOD on the Defence Skills Passport, a programme exploring new ways to enable more flexible careers across Defence and industry. She built strong relationships with senior military and civilian leaders, balancing diplomacy with clear, outcome focused challenge. Her work shaped a credible, forward looking concept that reflects both strategic ambition and practical delivery realities, while supporting Defence’s long term workforce vision.
