As the lead for restoring the end to end finance operations for a major retailer following a significant business-wide incident, she became the anchor for both PwC and the client’s teams during a period of intense pressure, uncertainty and emotional strain. Her calm authority, deep empathy and relentless commitment enabled the organisation to regain control of its core financial processes and operate with confidence again.
