Lois is a Graduate Consultant in Jacobs Advisory team. She brings a fresh perspective, shaped by a unique blend of problem solving, people centred thinking and emotional intelligence to complex transformation environments. In just 18 months, Lois has built a reputation as a trusted adviser to Programme Directors across some of the UK’s most complex infrastructure programmes. Lois’ work across water security, national highways and energy has directly contributed to outcomes that matter – from cutting programme timelines by 45% to supporting 31% reduction in environmental spills across the North West.
Maximising her impact, Lois leads Europe-wide capability initiatives for Jacobs, co-developing value propositions and championing global knowledge sharing through asset developments that have unlocked eight-figure returns. As Jacobs’ representative on the Young MCA Council, she shapes industry thinking and brings insights back to benefit peers, colleagues and the profession.
