Mei has contributed to several high-impact transformation programmes, supporting organisations to identify and sequence more than £25 million in cost savings, redesign operating models to improve service delivery and stabilise complex digital implementation programmes. She is recognised for bringing structure and clarity to complex situations and ensuring that analysis translates into practical actions and results.
One of Mei’s most notable contributions came during a programme where a university faced a major timetabling crisis affecting more than 30,000 students and over 7,000 staff. As pressure mounted ahead of the start of term, Mei stepped into a coordination role to help stabilise the situation. She developed monitoring dashboards to track and prioritise issues, introduced a central triage process to manage enquiries, and built contingency tools to safeguard timetable delivery while system issues were resolved.
