She is passionate about the breadth of impact this brings in the transition to net zero, creating thousands of jobs and supporting local economies. Motivated by this, Mia supports clients make the right decisions, shaping outcomes at national scale.
Over three years, she played a leading role supporting a nationally significant new nuclear power project that will power six million homes and meet seven percent of the UK’s energy demand.

- Enabled consistent strategic decisions by designing and embedding an investment business case process.

Mia is recognised as a trusted advisor, described by a senior client stakeholder as “exceptional beyond belief.” She mentors young consultants, with a leadership style grounded in meaningful relationships and proactively shares lessons learned across teams to strengthen consulting capability.
She champions diversity, believing inclusive voices will shape a built environment accessible to all. She was instrumental in the development of the Infrastructure Diversity Charter, which major players across the infrastructure sector have committed to.
Her goal: deliver work that positively shapes society and accelerates the transition to Net Zero.
