Seb has been singled out as having a compelling journey. He has been with the business for 3 years, having previously worked for a large multi-national consultancy firm on multiple enterprise-scale transformation programmes. He built solid consulting foundations, and in January 2023, he was selected by the Mason Advisory team to join a project to deliver a pair of state-of-the-art data centres, that would turn into one of our largest accounts.
Seb has flourished in this environment. He was brought in for his experience in cloud migration projects, but he had limited background in on-premises infrastructure delivery. He is now described by the client’s Programme Director as providing “deep specialist capability” to his team. His work was and continues to be a core input into the client’s strategic investment decisions. He is now able to communicate that specialist knowledge to the business with ease, providing design papers and complex analytical outputs in clear, digestible formats.
Seb sets the standard for any young consultant in our business. The client agrees that he demonstrates “maturity and impact far beyond his experience”. He holds his own within a high-performing consulting and client team, carving out his own specialism in data centre capacity modelling and network perimeter security. The client has complimented his ability to understand operational teams, and drive improvements, as well as responding quickly to their late-breaking requirements.
