In just 18 months, Yuvni has progressed at remarkable pace from a new consultant to trusted lead on some of IMPOWER’s most complex and high-impact transformation programmes. Taking on significant responsibility early in her career, she has led demanding workstreams, navigated political and operational complexity, and operated confidently with senior leaders.
Yuvni is unflappable, even in the most difficult of circumstances. Faced with a client who was sceptical about the value of consultancy support, she built trust through the quality of her work, thoughtful challenge and consistent delivery – ultimately strengthening the relationship and helping to secure further commission.
Whether working with groups of children or presenting to corporate leadership teams, her attention to detail, communication skills and dedication to delivering tangible impact make her an ambassador for the consultancy.
