Evolus, a fast growing US based performance beauty brand, engaged CBRE’s UK consulting team to support a strategically critical initiative: establishing its first European headquarters as part of its global expansion journey. Evolus recognised that entering Europe required deep expertise in market dynamics, labour environments, regulatory frameworks, and operational set up considerations that could not be achieved through internal analysis alone. CBRE provided cross border advisory expertise, real time market insight and on the ground validation that enabled Evolus to make a fully informed, confident decision about where to anchor its European presence.
CBRE led a structured process that included pan European market screening, development of city level evidence packs, and a four day dual city validation visit involving 24 engagements, 47 local experts and 9 building tours. This blend of data driven analysis and lived city experience enabled Evolus leadership to directly compare operational conditions, talent landscapes, and cultural alignment in their shortlisted markets of Geneva and Milan.

Evolus selected Milan as their European HQ location, and within months began operational set up, marking a major milestone in the company’s international growth strategy.
