From 2024, Deloitte was engaged as a fully integrated partner on a global workforce transformation that would impact Sanofian’s globally and help the company realise its bold people ambitions.
Sanofi required Deloitte to bring global market experience, specialist knowledge and methodologies that were vital for Sanofi to navigate this complex, two-year journey with speed and precision –
a challenging feat if solely relying on internal resources.
The collaboration concentrated on three strategic areas: developing a true skills-based organisation to unlock the workforce and their potential; transforming its Talent Operating Model (TOM) for enhanced modernisation and operational excellence; and optimising the external workforce strategy for greater cohesion and improved experience.
Through this impactful partnership, Sanofi is now exceptionally well-equipped to leverage the skills of its employees, drive innovation and deliver on its promise to chase the miracles of science for a better world and be the go-to employer in biopharma.
