Hosted by Lord Victor Adebowale CBE – MCA Awards Judge and Founder of Leadership in Mind – this event will offer a candid and forward-looking conversation grounded in lived experience and industry insight. Panellists include Stephen Bediako OBE, Deloitte, Senda Kavindele, KPMG, Ian Antwi, Moorhouse Consulting and Alexander Margiotta, Alba Partners.
Despite ongoing efforts, Black representation in UK consulting remains disproportionately low at senior levels. This session will examine how firms are working to accelerate progress in recruitment, sponsorship, career development, and retention. It will also highlight lessons learned and identify future priorities as the industry strives for meaningful and measurable change.
