With NHS reform again underway and NHS England being brought back into the Department of Health and Social Care, this session with Dr Penny Dash, Chair of NHS England, will examine what the future NHS will look like and what the changes mean for healthcare organisations, patients and partners.
Penny will discuss how organisations are working together to deliver the Government’s priorities, including improving productivity, reducing waiting lists, modernising services and accelerating the use of technology, data and AI.
The session will also explore the NHS’s wider reform agenda, from organisational redesign and operational improvement to the adoption of new technologies, and consider the role consulting firms can play in supporting change across the health service.
Members will gain insight into:
