The MCA Diversity & Inclusion Working Group has developed a series of toolkits to help MCA members design and implement effective D&I strategies and programmes, supporting efforts to attract, recruit, onboard, retain, and develop a diverse workforce in an inclusive way.
We invite you to join us for an event launching the fifth section of the MCA D&I Toolkit, which focuses on the ‘Develop’ stage of the employee lifecycle. This section explores how to implement inclusive workplace policies and initiatives that foster continuous learning and career development, while building diverse talent pipelines through to senior leadership.
