The former Secretary of State for Defence will discuss how rising geopolitical tensions and technological disruption are reshaping defence priorities—driving rapid procurement and investment in advanced capabilities like AI, cyber, and space systems. She will address the need for resilient supply chains, reducing reliance on critical imports, and strategies to counter grey zone threats such as cyberattacks and disinformation.
A panel of senior consulting leaders from MCA member firms will then discuss the challenges and opportunities for the UK’s defence sector and the role of consulting in shaping its future.
