MCA Women in Consulting Event – ‘Mind the Gap’

This event will focus on sharing best practice of how to manage the gap in careers and what policies firms should adopt. We’ll hear from MCA members and individuals for advice from an employer perspective and also hear an employee view on how to approach a career break or a new work/life balance.

Whether the career break be for looking after children, traveling, illness or taking on the role of a carer, we aim to discuss the most sustainable ways of working for women in the future.

Joining us on the panel will be Claire Kennedy, Co-Founder & Managing Partner at PPL, Ally Robson, Heads of Consultancy at NECS Consultancy, Annabelle White, Principal Consultant at Atkins and Claire Williams, Associate Partner at IBM Services.
