Young MCA In-Person Event | From New Hire to Trusted Advisor: Building Influence with Senior Stakeholders

The Young MCA South Region is hosting a workshop in Bristol for early-career management consultants seeking to enhance their effectiveness and confidence when working with senior clients.

We will be joined by a senior consultant from BAE Systems Digital Intelligence, who will share insights on establishing trust, overcoming challenges, and critical lessons learnt from years of client engagement. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the qualities senior clients value and the steps necessary for positioning yourself as a reliable partner early in your consulting career.

Attendees will participate in small-group breakout sessions sharing practical experiences, highlighting effective approaches to building credibility, and providing actionable advice for engaging with senior stakeholders and clients.
