Young MCA Online Workshop | Moving into People Management

Join the Young MCA for a practical panel discussion for consultants who are beginning to lead others or are taking on stretch responsibilities that involve leading a team. Hear from our panel on what it takes to become an effective people manager in an AI enabled workplace.

Panellists will share candid examples from their own experiences and reflect on managing people in hybrid working, cross border, and on AI focused work. Panel to be announced shortly.
