29 June 2017 | 6:30 PM
Royal College of Physicians -11 St Andrews Pl, Regent's Park, London NW1 4LE

Join Trevor Phillips and a panel of expert speakers for one of the most important debates for Britain and business today.

We are delighted to invite you to participate in the 2017 MCA Annual Debate and Summer Reception - Diversity: a force for unity in divided Britain?

This event is part of the MCA’s Year of Diversity. Attendance is by invitation only.

Our expert panel of distinguished guests and leading consultants will debate the future of diversity in Britain.

Creating and managing a diverse workforce is key to competitive strategies in business, particularly in consulting. But the diversity agenda is also under new scrutiny following recent political and economic events.
Our country is divided. For some, diversity is adding to these divisions.

What challenges does this create for business leaders? Where do the responsibilities of employers begin and end? What about those who believe that their own economic and social position is under threat? What responsibilities does government have, as an employer and as a law-maker? Can the UK exit the EU with a migration policy that suits our needs.

This is your opportunity to participate in these important debates and to hear from some of the leading thinkers, practitioners and writers on these topics. The debate is followed by the MCA’s Summer Reception.
