Consulting firms often invest considerable sums in marketing, sales and business development capability. It is vital to optimise the return on that investment.

This MCA SME workshop will explore the experience of member firms and what they have learned. 

  • What are the differences between marketing, sales and business development?
  • What skills do you need for each?
  • How can you turn strong marketing profile and success into business leads and new contracts?
  • Are there good outside agencies that can help?
  • What role do leaders of the consulting business play?
  • Is thought leadership an expensive cul-de-sac for SMEs?

This MCA participative workshop will explore all these questions and more. Participants will learn from each other about what works, and what pitfalls to avoid. And the group will agree on what further action and support from the MCA would be most valuable.
