As part of MCA’s Year of Diversity, the Young MCA will explore how young consultants perceive generational diversity in the workplace; explore what has been, and what should have been done so far, along with what actions we want the industry to take with regards to the diversity challenges in the future.
This event will allow you to explore the current industry thinking and share your viewpoint through interactive talks, debates and case studies hosted by experts.

Our Consulting careers can be split into 3 broad generation groups: (1) activities until we join the industry, i.e. education and recruitment of resources, (2) our time in the industry, i.e. majority of the development time and (3) leadership of the industry, i.e. senior roles / key drivers of the industry.
