About the Event
This session is designed to bring some of the core principles of negotiation to life, helping attendees understand both the art and science of negotiation. The Gap Partnership will look at a multi-dimensional approach, understanding power, trading concessions and how to maximise deal values without conceding too much in return. The session will be interactive and fun, with clear take-aways which attendees will be able to apply straight into their job role to deliver incremental value.
There will be three objectives for the session:
Learning how to make better deals
Increasing deal value while strengthening the relationship
Managing satisfaction… on both sides of the table
