Young MCA | Mental Awareness in the Workplace: Surviving or Thriving?

20 September 2018 | 6:30 PM
Capita, 30 Berners St, Fitzrovia, London W1T 3LR

Today, supporting employee’s mental health and wellbeing isn’t just an option for businesses – it’s a necessity . It impacts how people think, feel and act both in and outside of the office and the pressures that millennials face in today’s employment market are very different to past generations. These new pressures require new approaches and solutions, however despite this many organisations are still struggling to bridge the gap between awareness and action…

In retrospect of the MCA’s Year of Diversity, this event will aim to provide attendees with an opportunity to meet and discuss your own experiences of management of mental health in the workplace, as well as participating in simulation workshops and meeting individuals with inspiring stories to tell of their own personal mental health journeys.
