| Friday 14 March 2025 | Deadline for submission of written entries |
| Monday 17 March 2025 | Ticket/Table purchasing goes live |
| Monday 7 April 2025 | MCA will confirm with Awards Coordinators the interview date, plus morning/afternoon session for each |
| Wednesday 7 May 2025 | Company coordinators informed of finalist entries and confirmation of exact interview time and date |
| Monday 19 May 2025 | Finalists announced on MCA Website |
