About the Consultancy Buyers Forum

—Where buyers and clients of consulting services can share knowledge and experience

The Consultancy Buyers Forum provides a facilitated environment where buyers and clients of consulting services share knowledge and experience with their peers, whilst learning from the good practice of others. It enables buyers and clients of consulting services to more readily connect to the MCA member firms (many of the largest names in the industry) and access information about the marketplace and member organisations that may not necessarily be readily available. 

The initiative is sponsored by the Management Consultancies Association, and Co-Chaired by Chris Husdon, Head of International Procurement at Bupa and Tom Archer, Managing Director at Bonhive.  

The aim of the Consultancy Buyers Forum is to become a central resource for anyone involved in how their organisation spends money on consulting services. To support this goal the Forum has created the CBF blueprint a ‘one stop shop’ of advice, information and guidance on how to achieve the very best value from consultancy buying decisions. The Forum meet around 6 time a year to discuss and update the blueprint. 

Access to the CBF Blueprint is freely available to anyone who has an interest in buying or selling consultancy services.
