CSR Opportunities

Young Enterprise - Thursday 27th September 8:00am-1:00pm (1-day engagement).

Learn to Earn

Type of activity:

  • Coaching and mentoring

Consultants enrolled to this event will be supporting a 'Learn to Earn' session and work with students aged 16-17 years at Morpeth College, London. 'Learn to Earn' empowers students to take ownership of their life choices, think about their career options and the qualifications they need to pursue them. The session will be an ideal chance for students at the college to build their knowledge with consultants who understand the difficulties in applying for apprenticeships, universities and jobs. It is also a great opportunity for consultants to share their experiences and discuss with a small group of students the difficulties they faced when they had to select a career path. Young consultants who have previously participated in these events have enjoyed the chance to practice development and mentoring skills.

We are looking for volunteers with any level of experience and have a passion for helping students from an array of backgrounds identify the careers they want to pursue and the skills they need to do so (no CRB check required).

If you are interested, please reply to our CSR Team Representative (details below) by COB Thursday 20th September 2018.

Type of activity:

  • Governance & Organisation Design
  • Ops Management
  • Business Planning
  • Social Media Strategy

Rushden Mind is a mental health charity providing support and advice to people suffering from mental disorders or emotional distress. With a new Trustee with a significant consulting experience on board, they are in a need for a transformative programme that would help enhance their current offering and allow them to help more people than ever. We need people who could ‘do’ & ‘coordinate’ different specialists with different skillsets in close liaison with the Trustees.

We are looking for volunteers with any level of experience and a passion for supporting people with mental health issues. It’s an amazing opportunity to ‘give something back’!

If you are interested, please reply to our CSR VC Wojciech Busz by COB Friday 28th September 2018.

Marine Megafauna Foundation

Employees engagement - Date TBA

Type of activity:

  • Governance & Organisation Design
  • Human Resources

Marine Megafauna Foundation (MMF) relies considerably on volunteers’ work for the delivery of services and for daily operations. However, a high number of volunteers to be trained and managed on a monthly basis leads to permanent members of staff not always been able to have the time to adjust to the changes and become emotionally unstable.

Consultants enrolled in this project will support MMF in designing a strategy to engage more effectively with employees assuring they are kept motivated in a continuously changing environment whilst helping them organising their work with volunteers.

Marine Megafauna Foundation

Social Media Management - Date TBA

Type of activity:

  • PR, Marketing & Branding (Social Media Presence)
  • Project Management

Marine Megafauna Foundation (MMF) social media presence has been increasing quite significantly in the past months. One of MMF’s core initiatives is to raise public awareness and inspiring action across the world, while working directly with coastal communities and government officials to enhance understanding and support behavioural change. To do so, MMF needs to ensure that local communities are actively engaged by managing and building its presence on socials.

Consultants enrolled in this project will help MMF to define a model on how to manage social media effectively by one person only (current constrain). They will help rolling out MMF’s social media strategy and improve the overall MMF presence.

We are looking for volunteers with any level of experience and have a passion for helping save the world’s ocean giants from extinction.

If you are interested, please reply to our CSR Team Representative (details below) by COB Friday 28th September 2018.
