MCA partners with eg.1 to deliver insight into UK consulting data

The MCA is pleased to announce a new partnership with research and executive search firm eg.1.

eg.1 will coordinate, collate, evaluate and provide objective analysis of the MCA’s Industry Insight data - the most authoritative fee income and other data on the UK consulting industry. Full 2013 data will be published via The MCA’s Industry Insight Centre (IIC) during May 2014.

With over ten years’ experience in the management consulting industry, eg.1 has a strong track record in evaluating qualitative and quantitative information from management consulting firms and purchasers of consulting - to produce accurate, informed market intelligence. Its dedicated team of researchers, all specialists in the consulting industry, will provide the MCA with a greater level of objectivity, additional interviews with leading consulting figures and a wider variety of data sources.

The MCA sees this partnership as an opportunity to sharpen its analysis of the consulting industry’s performance by service lines and sectors so that it best reflects work on the ground.
