KPMG’s quarterly AI Pulse report draws together the insights from a panel of over 2,000 global business leaders across 20 countries, including more than 100 in the UK, for their views on a variety of AI topics including ROI, productivity and the shifting workforce and talent pipeline.
The firm’s findings highlight a widening gap between rapid AI adoption and the ability to prove return on investment. While confidence and spending remain steady, leaders are under growing pressure from boards and investors to show measurable value, with greater focus on accountability, economics and the capabilities needed to scale AI effectively.
