After founding two businesses alongside his studies, Joseph Kleeman joined Simon-Kucher in 2021. Since then, he has drawn on his passion for business to bring an entrepreneurial spark to consulting.
For clients, Joseph has used creative out-of-the-box thinking to solve complex problems in innovative ways. He has taken ownership of his client’s business challenges, thinking reflectively to strive for the best solution for the client, often going beyond standard frameworks and adopting new approaches. His skill at beginning from first principles and holistically understanding a client’s needs has enabled him to progress quickly at Simon-Kucher.
For the industry, Joseph has driven programs to diversify consulting and help consultants give back to the wider community through mentorship and pro-bono work. He has created opportunities to share his business skills in consulting through social mobility initiatives to help level the playing field for young people hoping to enter the industry. Joseph has aslo deployed his consulting skills to the good of the community, successfully initiating and driving Simon-Kucher London’s first pro-bono engagement with a mental health charity.
For his teams, Joseph has gone above and beyond his role to put people first through mentorship. He has demonstrated compassionate leadership qualities, investing in junior team members and mentees across his company.
In less than 3 years, Joseph has already made significant contributions to his clients, company and the consulting industry. And he is only just getting started…
