MCA Diversity and Inclusion

EQUALITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION STATEMENT

The Management Consultancies Association (MCA) aspires to be an industry leader in equality, diversity and inclusion and strives to have these values imbedded in the MCA culture.

Our aim is for our workforce to be truly representative of all sections of society, and for each person involved in our organisation to feel respected and able to give their best.

In providing our services to our members we are committed against unlawful discrimination of our staff, members or the general public.

Our commitments

Here at the MCA we want all of our staff to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work. We are proud of our diversity and recognise the value that this brings to our business. We believe that providing an inclusive working environment helps our staff develop to their full potential. We are committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our activities, through the development of fair and equitable policies, procedures, training and development programmes, which are consistently applied and regularly monitored.

We are committed to ensuring that job applicants and staff are given equal opportunity in all aspects of their recruitment, employment, training, and promotion. We also seek to ensure that all contractors, MCA members and suppliers are treated fairly. We will not discriminate in any areas of our business on the grounds of any protected characteristics.
