The Young MCA Council act as the network’s steering group. Each Young MCA member company is represented on the council by its nominated representative, an established young consultant within the consulting practice.
The Council decide on the network’s strategic vision, vote on key network decisions and elects members to lead roles and projects. The Council also debate wider industry issues and provide an opportunity for all members to influence the direction and policies of the Young MCA.
