Leading Young Consultant voices from across the industry will reveal the key findings and insights shaping the future of management consultancy. Hear from our panel as they discuss career trends in a rapidly changing environment.

Join us for an MCA Awards 2026 masterclass focussing on the categories for young consultants, led by expert judge Cecil Adjalo from the independent judging panel. With years of knowledge and experience of the MCA Awards process, the panel will offer support to individuals preparing for the ‘Rising Star’, ‘Apprentice of the Year, and ‘Young Consultant of the Year’ individual entries for 2026.

This session will discuss the importance of the submission and best practices for writing a winning entry, it will also offer an opportunity to hear from previous MCA Awards Winners and allow members the chance for a Q&A with the judges. More speakers to be announced.
