Young MCA Online Workshop | Making the Most out of Mentoring

Having a mentor is useful at any stage of your career, a role model to support, advise and guide you on both short term and long term goals and decisions. In this online workshop, we’ll hear from both mentors and mentees on how to make the most out of this professional connection by discussing the following topics:

• Finding and approaching someone to be your mentor
• How to prepare for mentoring and setting an action plan
• What to expect, how to set goals and make the most out of your mentor’s time
• How to give back – how to become a mentor yourself
