VIRTUAL MCA DIVERSITY & INCLUSION TOOLKIT LAUNCH EVENT

The MCA Diversity & Inclusion working group has developed a series of toolkits to support MCA members in the design and implementation of their D&I strategies and programmes, as they look to attract, recruit, onboard, retain, and develop a diverse range of employees in an inclusive way.

Join us for this online event where MCA CEO Tamzen Isacsson and Director of External Affairs James Sibley will discuss some of the key themes covered in the toolkit including creating inclusive cultures within firms, supporting those embarking on and returning from extended periods of leave, and enabling flexible working.
