The MCA Awards have been an important event in the UK consulting calendar for over 22 years.
The competition between firms to win an Award is extremely competitive and MCA Award case studies highlight the very best examples of consulting in the UK. There are now over 21 categories of awards including prizes for firms, projects and individuals. The Awards are arranged by the MCA Events Team and work starts late summer every year and culminates in a prestigious awards ceremony in Central London at the end of March.
The Awards entries demonstrate the value of consulting to both the private and public sector and the impact consulting has on our society. Individual consultants are also recognised for their outstanding qualities, talents and skill. The MCA Awards focus on a number of special categories celebrating Consulting Excellence, the impact of Thought Leadership and the up-and-coming new consulting firms of the future. The prestigious Project of the Year goes to the project that the judges believe most powerfully illustrates the positive impact and quality of modern consulting.
Our independent judging panel are experts in their field, with deep experience of business, consultancy, academia and the public sector. Each entry is carefully marked and if shortlisted finalists are invited to attend a face to face interview with the judging panel in February. Firms are encouraged to bring clients with them to the interviews to provide evidence of the great work that has been achieved. The MCA judging panel for 2020 will be announced early this summer.
The UK consulting industry is diverse, innovative and increasingly sophisticated. We welcome entries from all types of consultancies – large, medium and small, specialist and generalist, independent or part of a larger enterprise. Both members and non members are allowed to apply to enter the Awards and entry fees help cover the costs of organising the Awards.
