This past year, Andrew have improved Inner Circle Consulting’s business, operations, the health and mental wellbeing of his peers, and the company’s position in the community. His values of commitment to excellence, making progress, working collaboratively, and being tenacious have provided his clients with the assurance and confidence that he is a trusted hand to deliver large-scale regeneration projects, through to small strategic advisory work.
He has applied this energy, optimism, and mission for change directly to ICC’s business operations by introducing new diversity initiatives, leading the charge on corporate communications and marketing, and embodying the spirit of enterprise by introducing a new vertical for the business and committing to nurturing and growing this new service. He collaborates closely with every level of the team to understand the business, take the lead, and support growth through an engaging, approachable style.
Andrew’s diverse personal and professional background brings energy, perspective, and entrepreneurship to Inner Circle and showcases to the world that management consulting is a dynamic and fulfilling sector. In addition to consulting, he is an active member of his community by being a Vice-Chair of Governors at Arts & Media School Islington, a flourishing arts-focused secondary school in north London, and is a mentor for budding entrepreneurs, designers, and aspiring restaurateurs.
