Tommy is a second-year analyst in Deloitte’s Private Sector Operations team. He joined the firm through Deloitte’s apprenticeship programme after completing his A-Levels and working as a complaints handler for a year.
Tommy is known for his positive attitude, determination and proactiveness. His diligence and ability to continually exceed the expectations placed on his grade has resulted in him being trusted to lead conversations with C-suite executives – roles usually undertaken by those of higher grades with more experience, emphasising his ability to learn fast and deliver under pressure.
In addition to his client work, Tommy plays an active role in Deloitte’s service design community, where he focuses on using the latest design thinking to enhance the innovative solutions the firm takes to clients.
Tommy is an enthusiastic advocate of Deloitte’s apprenticeship programme. He has presented to a range of audiences about the benefits of apprenticeships and his experience to date. He is passionate about making students aware of the opportunities apprenticeships offer and inspiring them to identify programmes that truly align with their passions.
