Young Consultant of the Year
Ben had his first taste of consulting upon joining us in August 2020, following Programme Management & Strategic Governance roles in the Financial Services Industry. Ben has since supported engagements across both public and private sectors, ranging from the Cabinet Office to his current Engagement with Royal London Group.
The quality of Ben’s work and confidence in relaying his message combined with his natural affinity for people and ability to glean insights from data, has led to our clients recognising Ben as a trusted advisor. His determination to develop his own skills set, through leveraging the experience of his network, extensive reading, and approach to continuous learning, has resulted in Ben becoming an active member of both our Sourcing and Data practices in the past year. Ben has been vocal about driving sustainable change within both Mason Advisory and for our clients and has embedded himself at the forefront of our thought leadership on sustainability and our future emissions reduction plans. Ben’s passion for improving outcomes for our clients, our people and our business, his ability to adapt his experience to new challenges, and his professional growth over the past year made the decision of nominating him for MCA Young Consultant of the Year a very easy one.
